USDesis.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Site" or “Website”), is a non-profit initiative managed by USDesis Admin and can be reached at admin@usdesis.org.

This Privacy Policy has been developed to inform our users about:

  • The rights of our users;

Data is retained as required for USDesis.org usage facilitation, fraud/abuse combat, and/or as mandated by law. We make sincere efforts to securely store data, but cannot make guarantees. You can access and update certain data via your account login.

All data is securely stored on AWS servers protected by AWS security, and our webpage is SSL encrypted (https://). While we take all reasonable measures to secure user data, we cannot entirely eliminate the risk associated with online data transmission.

Children:

We do not intentionally collect or use personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, the data will be promptly deleted. If a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.

Our web logs maintain standard entries for every page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. These web logs aid us in diagnosing server issues, administering the site, and delivering our service to you.
